Our Services

Our custom wood-working services include the creation and installation of windows, doors, gates, staircases, shelving and cabinetry unique to your requirements.

All our projects can be fully factory-finished to any paint colour or lacquer providing a hard-wearing, long-lasting appearance.

Our larger-scale projects have included loft conversions and conservatories, all with the premium finish our customers expect.

We are also an approved supplier and fabricator of acrylic solid surfaces such as Hanex® and HI-MACS®, which are used to manufacture custom seamless work surfaces, and are available in a range of 200 colours.

Kings Cliffe Joinery possesses the skills and experience to meet all your joinery needs. We will undertake every step from surveying to installation in the confident delivery of your project from concept to completion.

Our Background

Kings Cliffe Joinery is owned and run by Paul Brumfield, a qualified and highly-experienced carpenter and joiner. With an approachable, no-nonsense attitude, and an eye for detail, Paul works with our customers to provide a friendly and individual service.

Paul's professional background began in the family-run building company and his career now spans over 25 years. This has involved restoration capentry work in listed buildings: Thorpe Hall, The Octagon, Ely Cathedral and The Bishop's Old Palace in Ely under the supervision of English Heritage. Paul also has experience in the exhibition industry. His skills combine traditional craftmanship with reliable and efficient practice.

Based in rural East Northamptonshire, our workshop is well-equipped with traditional and modern machinery. Visitors are always welcome should you want to stop by and talk about a potential project over a cup of tea.
